Hands On
Our best plan for success is our “Hands On” organizing services. We go into homes and offices and assist people in very practical ways, working side-by-side with our clients. We work in teams of two organizers.
This allows one person to interact with the client while the other works on another part of the process.
It is an effective use of time, plus two heads are better than one when it comes to creative organizing
solutions. Team work divides the task and doubles the success!! Some of the things we help our clients with are:
conquering clutter
sorting and filing paper
setting up process management systems for homes and offices
closet & storage space organization
preparing to sell a home
downsizing to a smaller home
time management and more!
Costing based on an hourly rate.
Consulting
We offer our services in a consulting manner as well. If you are motivated to do the work yourself but
need direction and a plan of action then this option is for you. We don’t do written proposals, but rather
we walk around your home or office with you and give you our best ideas and suggestions.....you take
notes and fire questions at us.....we don’t hold anything back!! We give you all our tricks of the trade.
Costing based on a flat rate. Two hour minimum.
Follow-up Packages
Accountability is a key component in any successful project. We offer follow-up packages that keep
us in contact with you through telephone and e-mail. We want you to succeed!!

Recipe & Photo Organizing
Looking for the perfect gift idea for someone who has everything? How about a Heart of the Matter gift certificate to put towards the cost of organizing treasured recipe and photo collections. One of our organizers will meet with you to sort and make a plan. Organizing can be done on-site or off.

Organizing Tip
Whenever possible have just seasonal clothing in your prime closets and drawers. You spend valuable time rooting past out of season items in search of what you use on a regular basis. When you pack away your out of season clothing, put a few dryer sheets in the bin too. When you open it you’ll find everything smelling fresh!
