I am so happy that you emailed to do a ‘friendly’ accountability check on me. With great pride I will say that I have maintained all of the areas we worked on together. At no time have I left anything out of place; nothing has been tossed in the closet or put on the dining room table or built in. It is so easy I find. Little bit, by little bit I have started tackling other areas the guest bathroom has been cleaned out and done. The next area will be the ensuite bathroom, as it is the one I am having renovations done to it has to be completely cleaned out; perfect time to make sure only the right things go back in when it is done. This whole process has been ‘a ray of sunshine’ for me that just continues to get brighter as it spreads through my home. Please continue to check on me (if that is ok with you). I hope you are both well, and am sure you are continuing to ‘rescue’ others like me.
With great thanks to both of you,
Kim
Hi Donna and Rhonda,
I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate how you have equipped me to handle my own clutter-demons. After you touched base with me last week Donna, I was even more motivated than before to tackle that beast in my house that is our bay window. It is the catch-all of all clutter and had become a mini-mountain. I clambered on it today and did not rest until it was summitted - or at least subdued. In any case, I can see the ledge, the kids were sitting on it, basking in the glory of today's sun and using some of the workbooks that had been MIA for a very long time. And I felt really good about having purged and persevered. It looks great. Now on to my next project ...
Thanks again, your work works!

My whole family spent a weekend at our family cottage...rented a truck, and almost emptied an entire basement of junk (doors, windows, couches, and more couches, rusty lawn chairs, and chairs with 3 legs, tables, wood, metal, and more wood). We were so proud of our accomplishment! Two reasons made it possible. Firstly, Dad is with the Lord....so we have permission (he found it challenging to get rid of stuff). Secondly, we have support. Your ministry might as well be a pastoral type of ministry. Guidance in the area of decluttering and organization is a Godsend for me and what my family has come out of. I no longer feel the stronghold clutter had over me. Thank you for such a life changing ministry. I really appreciate you keeping in touch with me.

Organizing Tip
Here is a little “trick of the trade”. Ever noticed those lines near the base of your file folders or hanging files? If you fold along the lines you are able to create a file with more capacity.
A great way to accommodate some of your bulkier files in your drawer and still allow you to see your tabs.
